[摘要]目的 探讨三阴乳腺癌患者的临床特征及其预后的相关因素。方法 收集潍坊市人民医院2005年4月~2006年4月间收治的341例乳腺癌患者的相关临床资料,经免疫组化证实ER,PR和Hnalyzed the clinical characteristics and survival of 53 cases with triple negative breast cancer. Results The percentage of TNBC in this study was %,The percentage of cases with premenopausal in diagnosis,lymph node status and grade Ⅲ were higher in the triple negative group than in the non-triple negative group (P< ),but not associated with age,larger size,TNM stage and pathological rate of distant metastasis in the triple negative group was higher than in the non-triple negative 5-year overall survival in the triple negative group was lower than in the non-triple negative group (P< ). Conclusions The percentage of TNBC in this study was %.A higher rate of distant metastasis of triple negative breast cancer may be the main reason of poor prognosis of triple negative breast cancer.

根据2010年NCCN乳腺癌治疗指南:ER,PR和Her-2均阴性的乳腺癌即定义为三阴乳腺癌,有任何一个阳性者即定义为非三阴乳腺癌。三阴乳腺癌是近几年被认识的预后较差的一类乳腺癌。为研究本地区三阴乳腺癌的临床特征及与其预后进而丰富临床防治资料,本文对潍坊市人民医院341例乳腺癌患者(其中53例三阴乳腺癌患者)的临床资料进行回顾性分析,力求为三阴乳腺癌的个体化治疗提供依据。
1资料与方法
收集潍坊市人民医院2005年4月至2006年4月收治的乳腺癌女性患者341例,均已行手术治疗,术前未行新辅助化疗,(32~79)岁,其中53例为三阴乳腺癌,288例为非三阴乳腺癌。收集其临床资料,包括年龄、月经状态、肿
