5. 绩效考核标准
第三章、年度培训计划
每年12月，由人事行政部-培训发展科根据公司发展目标和培训需求调查的结果，统筹各部门的需求，制订下一年度公司《年度培训计划》及编制预算，报总经理审批；
公司培训计划下达后，培训实施部门应将培训内容纳入部门工作计划中，并予以高度重视。若有特殊原因需更改培训计划，须事先征得人事行政部-培训发展科批准，并重新确定实施培训日期。
