形势的发展，纪检监察机关必须努力提高科学应对反腐倡廉网络舆情的能力，切实加强网络舆情信息的收集、研判和处置工作，健全网上舆论引导机制，充分发挥互联网等新兴媒体在反腐倡廉建设中的积极作用。
三是保证应对网络舆情的效果，建立相关科学机制，各纪检监察组织必须明确专人负责反腐倡廉网络舆情应对，做好网络舆情的搜集、上报和处置工作，保持信息的公开通畅，加强网络宣传队伍和宣传阵地建设，及时准确公布有关信息，重大舆情随时报告，根据舆情的不同情况，研究确定相应的处置方案。
四是保证应对网络舆情的效果，构建有效载体。利用网络形式多样的特点，不断创新宣传教育的方式方法。利用网络的互动性、便捷性，通过网络搜集社情民意，了解群众关注的社会热点问题，了解群众对反腐倡廉工作的期望和要求，征求群众对纪检监察工作和纪检监察干部队伍建设的意见和建议。  畅通群众监督的梁道。引导群众通过网络平台反映自己的合理诉求，既可以降低群众的信访成本，又有利于维持党政机关正常的办公秩序。
        五是通过这次培训学****我们深深感到，对待网络必须采取正确的态度，积极应对，才能保证反腐倡廉网络舆情应对工作的效果。
重视而不轻视。互联网已经深入影响并将继续影响我们的学****工作和生活。
