   3、总体规划发展方向（目标）
   大坪镇总体布局力求三大特色，一是用地结构清晰，功能合理。二是建设方格网式与自由相结合的道路体系。三是充分利用自然条件，创建生态集镇环境。
   二、规划期限及规模
1、规划期限为五年即2013年——2017年
2、规划范围：包括大坪和岩屋两个集镇，大坪集镇东至
陡沟口，西至东河大坪中学，向南延伸到瑚家大院，向北延伸到老虎沟张家院子，规划面积10平方公里；岩屋集镇东至岩屋加油站，西至岩屋中心卫生院，南至小河，北至老岩屋乡政府，规划面积8平方公里。
   3、规模：人口规模，两集镇年搬迁人口600人，五年集镇净增人口3000人，集镇人口发展到8000人，其中：大坪集镇人口发展到5000人，岩屋集镇人口发展到3000人。
