列心理变化。大学生们对分配制度改革的心理状态很矛盾，呈现出职业准备心理的复杂性。一方面他们赞成改革，这使他们有了就业自主权；另一方面，他们对改革带来的就业竞争又有着某种畏惧心理，总希望有个最后的依靠和屏障。产生这种现象的原因有三个方面：第一，大学毕业生属于青年中期，其个性倾向性和个性心理特征尚未定型，存在着较大的可变性。第二，未来的分配方法尚有需要完善的地方，例如如何杜绝“走***”、 “摘特权”现象，是许多没有“***”可走的同学极为关注的问题。第三，社会对人才的需要将发生更大的变化。中小城市、中小企业、基层科研、生产第一线及比较偏远和艰苦的地方急需大学生，而大城市、大机关、大单位不再需要很多人。社会的各行各业犹如一座宝塔，塔顶只需少量砖石，而塔底则需万块基石。以上情况表明：大学毕业生的职业准备心理是一个多因素、多侧面的复杂动态过程。
(二)大学生就业心理的特征
1．紧迫感。
