摘要:目的 探討影响骨科手术切口感染危险因素,并提出相关预防措施。方法 选择2016年1月~2019年12月我院收治rent genders and anesthesia,there was no statistical difference between the methods (P>). 骨折是指骨结构的连续性完全或部分断裂,为常见的外科疾病,其治疗仍以手术为主,以修复、重建受损神经、肌肉及骨骼等方式,快速缓解患者疼痛,促进断骨愈合,恢复肢体原有生理功能[1]。由于骨科手术多为急症,普遍较复杂,手术种类较多,耗时较长,且多需要钢板、克氏针等固定器械或异体骨的植入,易发生术后切口感染[2]。切口感染是骨科手术最为常见的并发症,其可导致患者伤口愈合减慢,从而影响手术效果及术后恢复,对患者身心及经济均带来不同程度的损失[3,4]。研究发现[5],影响骨科手术切口感染的危险因素多且复杂。本研究回顾性分析我院2016年1月~2019年12月收治的5442例骨科手术患者临床资料,分析影响骨科手术切口感染的危险因素,旨在为此类患者的临床预防工作提供科学理论依据,现报道如下。
