国际酒店预订操作程序手册
Operating pr一 名 人 员 或 一 张 床 时 ， 预订部销售文员 将 准 确 地 报出 增 加 人 员 的 费 用 ， 17岁以下孩子和 父 母 同 住不另外收其他费用。
Procedures:
When taking the reservation, ask how many people will be staying and determine the number of adults and children.
In case of more than 2 adults, explain the bedding configuration in the room. Quote the price for an additional bed (U$).
Explain to the caller the limitations of the room size for 3 persons and encourage booking for an additional room.
If the guest does select the option of an additional bed in the room, enter 3 in numbers of adult into Opera; leave trace to Front Office and Housekeeping for preparation. Inform Front office to assign room number for the guest and provide this information to the housekeeping in time. (Housekeeping will be able to prepare the room with a rollaway prior to the guest arrival).
When quoting extra bed or extra person for package rates inclusive of breakfast or meals, ensure that the caller is aware of the number of persons included on the package (
