中小型B2C型电子商务企业的本钱分析及对策研究
摘 要
电子商务是21世纪新的经济增长点，预示着未来经济的开展方向，且因为它具有潜在的增长性而日益受到企业的高度重视。它与传统商务相比具有许多优势，给企业带来了巨大的商机，许多企业都开始涉足电子商务。但在企业的实际运作中，人们往往只看到电子商务的优势，却比拟容易无视电子商务的本钱，忘记了电子商务使交易形式由实体市场转为虚拟市场导致的交易本钱的变化。而企业本钱得不到有效控制，由此造成了许多企业涉足电子商务后苦撑危局甚至倒闭的后果。本文一方面分析我国中小企业开展电子商务本钱的结构、构成和无形本钱等的主要问题，深入分析这些本钱的存在意义和价值；另一方面主要是针对前者分析的现状和存在的问题提出相应的解决方案，为改善我国中小企业电子商务的良好开展提供一个参考方案。
