2022年五甲镇蛋糕房专项检查方案
为加强对蛋糕房的监管，保障全镇人民群众的饮食平安，根据?中华人民共和国食品平安法?及?2022年通州区蛋糕房专项检查方案?文件精神，决定在全镇开展蛋糕房专项检查活动。具体方案如下：
一 、检查对象
全镇所有的有形市场外的面包房、蛋糕房
二、检查时间：
2012年4月10日-5月10日
三 、检查内容
(1)查两证：是否持有餐饮效劳许可证、从业人员是否持有健康证明。
(2)查食品：采购的食品及其原料、使用的食品添加剂是否索证索票并验收、购货台帐制度的建立及应用情况；是否违法添加非食用物质和滥用食品添加剂；是否有标签不符合要求、超过保质期限、霉变生虫、感官等性状异常情况的库存食品。
(3)查卫生：环境卫生条件是否符合要求，防蝇、防尘、防霉变设施是否完备。
四、工作要求
1、按照新的职能分工要求，对辖区内的蛋糕房进行拉网式监督检查；
2、要扎实开展执法检查行动，加大查处和整治的力度，坚决打击危害广阔人民群众健康的违法活动。对检查中发现的违法单位要制作相关执法文书并及时报区卫生监督所立案查处。
3、要加强舆论宣传和信息报送。要重视和加强舆论宣传，通过新闻媒体广泛宣传专项执法检查的目的、意义和工作成效。对查处的大案要案要通过新闻媒体进行曝光，以赢得社会广泛认同，提升卫生监督的社会形象。
