l        展览馆、博物馆、美术馆、图书馆；
l        商场（店）、书店；
l        候诊室、候车（机、船）室、公共交通工具。
（2）卫生许可证的复核和变更
l        卫生许可证每二年复核一次，经审核、监测合格的，加盖“审核章”；
l        对变更单位字号、法定代表人（负责人）、经营范围的公共场所，经审核合格的，变更卫生许可证。
（1）    公共场所许可通用要求
l        选址符合城市总体规划和功能分区要求，附近无污染源，通风日照良好；
l        内部布局合理，具有足够的符合场所性质的卫生设施和消毒设施；
l        二次供水系统符合卫生要求；
l        具有通风换气设施，新风量应满足有关卫生标准的规定；
l        微小气候、空气、采光、照明、噪声等卫生指标经监测符合卫生标准；
