文档介绍:三江学院本科生毕业设计(论文) 题目汽车后轮毂八轴钻孔头设计高职院院(系部) 机械制造及其自动化专业起讫日期 2012 年 12月 17日— 2013 年4月5日摘要多轴头主要用于快速钻孔。是目前国内刚兴起的一种提高生产效率、降低成本的工作母机。随着国内汽配行的发展,各零部件供应商之间竞争激烈,选择一种高性能、高效率的机床是企业降低生产成本、提高企业竞争力的一种行之有效的途径。所以,多轴头在轿车上中小型零件类孔系加工中心的应用。即是值得推广的一项应用技术。多轴钻床在生产中的应用,解决了普通钻床加工多孔工件时逐孔加工浪费时间和人工这两个重要问题。本设计设计一台安装于立式钻床做 535 上的汽车轮毂八轴钻孔头,多轴头齿轮传动系统的设计,即保证工艺要求,又要考虑多轴头结构的紧凑型。传动系统设计良好,可使多轴头的结构灵活,各个轴受力情况良好,从而能减小齿轮、轴和轴承的磨损,延长多轴头的寿命。此外,我们对于传动部件进行了详细的参数和结构设计,并且对传动件进行了强度和刚度验算,使其达到设计技术精度。其中特别对齿轮、轴、滚动轴承等进行了具体的计算和验证来确定已达到设计要求。关键词: 多轴头;轮毂钻孔;设计。 Abstract Multi-axis head ismainly used for fast drilling. Isjust the rise of adomestic increase productivity ,reduce costs ofmachine tools. With the development ofdomestic auto parts firms, the petition among parts suppliers, select ahigh-performance. high-efficiency machines are enterprises toreduce production costs and improve petitiveness of enterprises aneffective means. Therefore, the multi-axis head part inthe bridge onthe category ofsmall and medium holes ofthe application. That isaworthy application oftechnology. Multi-axis drilling application in production tosolve the general processing ofporous workpiece bydrilling holes awaste oftime and manual processing ofthese two important issues . The design for the design ofavertical drilling machine installed in the Z535 Wheel 8onthe drilling head axis, multi-axis head gear transmission system design, that is, toensure the process requirements. Have toconsider first the structure ofmulti-pact. Transmission system design well, make smart multi-axis head structure. the force ofeach axis ingood condition, sothat itcan reduce the gear, shaft and bearing wear, extending the life ofmulti-axis head. Inaddition, wecarried out adetailed parts ofthe transmission parameters and structure design, and onthe transmission parts for checking the strength and stiffness, to achieve design accuracy.
