⒈We have not had any definite information from you as to when we may expect delivery, although the goods were contracted to be shipped before the end of October.
⒉Your delay in delivering the goods has caused us considerable inconvenience, and we trust that there will be no repetition of such unpleasant experience in the future.
⒊We must insist on immediate delivery, otherwise we shall pelled to cancel the order according to Clause 11 of the contract.
⒋For some time up to now, we have been urging you for an immediate dispatch of these goods. Unless this order is already in the way, it will arrive too late for the season, and be of no use to us.

1 来料加工(Processing with supplied materials)
来料加工是由国外委托方提供原料、材料和辅料,必要时也提供某些设备,由国内承接方按照委托方的品质、规格、款式等要求进行加工,收取加工费。成品按规定时间交给委托方销售。对上述原材料承接方没有所有权。产品经营盈亏与其无关。
2 来件装配(Assembling with supplied materials)
来件装配是由国外委托方提供原器件,零部件和专有检测设备,由国内承接方按照委托方的设计和工艺要求进行组装。检验合格的产品交由委托方自行销售。承接方只收装配费,不负亏损责任。
3 对外加工装配贸易是利用外资的重要方式之一。其优点是以国外资源为主,国内提供劳动力。这种贸易方式是有进有出,进出结合,有利于提高我方的技术水平和管理水平。积极发展这种贸易,可为国家多创外汇。
