6、值班医师夜间必须在值班室留宿，不得擅自离开。护理人员邀请时应立即前往视诊。如会诊等业务工作离开时，必须向值班护士说明去向及联系方式。
7、每日晨，值班医师将病员情况重点向主治医师及科主任报告，并向经治医师交清危重病员情况及尚待处理的工作。
（二）护士值班与交接班：
1、护理值班人员应严格遵照医嘱和大夫安排，对病员进行护理工作。
2、交班前，护士长应检查医嘱执行情况和危重病员记录，重点巡视危重病员和新病员，并安排护理工作。
3、病房应建立日夜交班簿和医院用品损坏、遗失簿。交班人必须将病员总数、出入院、死亡、转科、手术和病危人数；新病员的诊断、病情、治疗、护理、主要医嘱和执行情况；送留各种检验标本数目；常用毒剧药品、急救药品和其他医疗器械与用品是否损坏或遗失等情况，记入交班簿，向接班人交待清楚后再下班。
4、晨间交接班时，由夜班护士重点报告危重病员和新病员病情诊断以及与护理有关的事项。

5、早晚交班时，日夜班护士应详细阅读交班簿，了解病员动态，然后由护士长或主管护士陪同日夜班重点巡视病员作床前交班。交班者应给下一班作好必需用品的准备，以减少接班人的忙乱。
（三）药房、收款、检验、放射、超声等科室，应完成在班时间内所有工作，保证临床医疗工作的顺利进行。
