内容摘要
药店是OTC市场销售的终端之一,是最终将产品送达消费者手中的服务者。就服务而言,分为二种,一是理念上的服务;二是实际产品的服务,前者是软件,后者是硬件,相辅相成,缺一不可。
通过各种手段,促使众多的终端人员——药店店员,充分的发挥积极性、创造性,去更好的服务于市场的消费者。终端,就是药店店员;终端市场,就是药店店员市场;维护终端市场,就是维护药店店员市场;维护好了终端,产品就会有众多热情的推销者,产品也就会更大的消费于社会,药店才能赢利。因此,做好药店营销,做好药店店员的工作,是药店盈利的关键所在,是药店管理的重中之重。
从市场营销学的角度来讲,就是营和销的关系。大处讲是“经营、销售”,小处说的是“营造气氛,促进销售”。尽管本文维护的是终端市场,涉及的只是药店营销,,但其理念不乏相同之处,手段和技巧也是异曲同工。
