联系基层综合治理工作制度
 
      为了充分发挥县综合治理委员会委员单位的职能作用，促进社会治安综合治理措施在基层的落实，县综治委决定建立综治委员单位联系基层综合治理工作制度。
      一、县综治委每个委员单位都要确定一个基层单位为综合治理工作联系点。
      二、县综治委委员单位对联系点的综合治理和平安创建工作有指导、检查和督促的责任，每个季度至少到联系点进行一次工作检查和调研，及时了解并帮助基层解决工作中的问题。
      三、县综治委委员单位应结合部门职能，在联系综合治理基层点上，探索总结部门单位参与社会治安综合治理和平安创建的作法经验。
      四、县综治委委员单位应将所联系点综合治理工作事项列入述职内容，每季度向县综治委进行一次汇报，并提出工作建议。
      五、联系点的工作情况及效果，每季度进行一次通报。
