Abstract: The backcross inbred line (BIL) and chromosome segment substitution line (CSSL) population derived from the
cross between Sasanishiki and Habataki was used to identify QTL for chlorophyll content and degradation index at different
growth stages. There were significant differences between the parents of the chlorophyll content and degradation index at different
development stages, and the chlorophyll content had obvious dynamic changes. There was obvious correlation among chlorophyll
contents at different growth stages, and the degradation index was significantly correlated with chlorophyll content of the heading
stage and maturity stage. In BIL population, fourteen QTLs of the chlorophyll content were detected on the chromosomes 1~5,
