辽宁恩德工程建设是中外合作企业，是提供粉煤流化床制气技术〔简介恩德气化技术〕和生产粉煤气化炉装置的专业厂家。具有一、二、三类压力容器、A级锅炉、气化炉的制造许可证，公司专利技术〔和专有技术〕已应用于气化系统设备中。
恩德粉煤气化技术是以粉煤〔褐煤、长焰煤、不粘性烟煤；粒度<10m/m〕为原料，以蒸汽与空气、富氧空气或纯氧为气化刘，连续、常压流化床制气的一种气化技术。具有投资低、建设周期短、运转本钱低、运转可靠性高、环保性能良好等特点，制气的成份可以满足多种需求，它是国内流化床制气的较先进、可靠的气化技术之一。
恩德粉煤气化技术，是在引进技术的根底上，结合中国国情加以改造、开发、完善，采用新材料、新设备、先进的DCS控制技术等，进一步提高了恩德气化技术水平。
现已在国内的燃气〔1000-2300大卡/m3〕、氨合成气、甲醇合成气、煤制氢气等行业中得到应用，也在为F-T合成气〔可调H2/CO比值〕，非高炉炼铁中的复原气、IGCC发电等行业中提供适宜气源。在焦化、冶金、有色冶金、炭素、合成氨、甲醇和制氢行业中有38台套在运转〔22〕、建设中〔16〕。从2002年燃料气投产、2022年氨合成气投产至今，已运转多年。业主都取得了可观的经济效益。
其规格分别为：10000Nm3/h、20000 Nm3/h、40000 Nm3/h的制气能力。

原料适用范围及要求
恩德气化技术在原料适应上还是有要求的，仅适用以褐煤、长焰煤、不粘性烟煤为原料〔化学反响活性好的〕，其他煤种还不适应。
业主必须提供煤的必要的全分析数据报告，有工业分析、元素分析、热值、灰熔点、灰成份、煤的Y值、着火点、煤对CO2的反响活性等。这些数据齐备，我公司会给出制气组成及各种消耗定额。而不用业主再花费资金和精力去搞试烧工作。
