账目明细混乱，账表不全；财务科室不设置总账，无法对各明细项目进行核对、和平衡账务，对财务报高情况的提供，也只有报表，没有报表附注和财务状况等说明，对上级拨入的固定资产不做财务处理，使单位一部分资产游离在外。
