T: Let’s say : Hello! Pigs!
Pigs配音: Hello !boys and girls, we are very happy today ,we have a new home ,Let’s go and have a look! Ok?
【设计意图】:以活泼有趣的Magic Game调动学生的积极性,复****四年级上册有关房间内物品的单词,并通过教师的渗透,让学生初步感知There be 句型。
二、Presentation
 
猪的家:
T: There is a living room , a study and four bedrooms.(生说)
What’s in mom’s bedroom? Take out your paper, read this passage and answer: ’s in the bedroom?(课件出文本及学法指导)。
解决生词:end table mirror (板书,让学生全体跟读,个别读)
板书:There is a bed, a sofa and a mirror.

There are two desks.
2. Read the passage again , then tick or cross.
(1)There are two end tables near the bed. ( )
(2)There is a phone on the desk. ( )
3. T: Now boys and girls, listen and repeat!
4. Read by yourselves, please.(自由读)
5. Let’s read together.
6. Great! Look at the picture and fill in the blanks. (根据图片补充单词is ,are .同时讲解is are 的区别)
【设计意图】:通过让学生阅读猪妈妈房间布置的短文,让学生在文本中感知、引出There be 句型的简单运用,同时学****新单词:mirror和end table.
三、Practice
1.        T: Mom’s home is nice and clean , What about the living room ? Let’s go and have a look!(找生用there is……in the living room 描述房间内的物品)
2.        The living room is nice , too , What about the study?(找生用there are…in the study. 描述房间内的物品)
