但是，不可否认，在少数地方，少数干部，少数领导中，也存在一些错误的政绩观。从调查了解的情况看，主要表现在：
（一）急功近利。少数领导干部有一种急躁情绪，希望赶快出政绩、抓紧出政绩，尤其是欠发达地区，想争取在自己的任期内，急着做出成绩来显示自己的才能和魄力，热衷于搞“短、平、快”的政绩，对当前、届内出效益的事情考虑得多，“重摘果、轻栽树”，为今后和下届做铺垫的事考虑得少。有的领导干部目光短浅，重局部利益，轻全局利益，做事情、想问题，只站在本单位、本部门、本地区的角度去思考，不从大局着想，不考虑全局利益，有时甚至以牺牲全局利益来换取局部利益。
（二）标新立异。一些领导执政一方，为了引起上级领导的关注，千方百计出奇出新，喜欢做“显山露水”、“表面风光”的事，喜欢做看得见、摸得着的事，或仅仅局限于“一幢楼、一条路、一座桥”，对那些虽不“轰轰烈烈”、“显山露水”但事关人民群众切身利益的小事、杂事、繁事、难事却不感兴趣。极少数乡镇领导干部一到任，就违背客观规律，脱离实际，不顾民力，乱铺摊子，乱上项目，劳民伤财，造成
