我分管的工作中局部属经营工作，在日常工作中，我要求经营部门效劳为根底，以效益为核心。中心酒店通过内部挖潜、完善硬件设施、加强管理提升效劳水平、推行全员营销等手段使经营工作取得了明显的进展，各项经济指标均超同期。截止11月份，%；%，%，超额完成了全年工作任务。府润食府经过一年多的建设筹备，相关人员在组织装修、家具采购、菜品选定、人员招聘培训等方面付出了大量辛勤劳动，自今年10月试营业以来，取得了良好的经济效益。

〔三〕抓住机遇，促进开展，大项工作进展顺利
今年局里大项工作较多。年初，综合处组织对北院1号楼进行了整体整修，干部职工反映良好。相关小区建设工作按照“三控三管一协调〞原那么有序推进，物业管理处已经过编办审批，并结合小区建设开始筹备前期介入事宜；市委楼建设经过多方努力，方案已经确定，市民中心建设工作也完成了选址和设计评审。这些大项工作的顺利开展和实施给我们今后开展带来了更大机遇，给我们管理效劳职能带来更大的开展空间。
二、学习提升方面
〔一〕加强理论学
一年来，我能够积极参加党委中心组学习，学习了科学开展观论述、依法治国和法制建设、房地产相关法律政策等专题，深入学在河南省第九届党代会上的报告以及有关中原经济区建设的讲话精神，克服和纠正了轻视理论、理论学习不扎实的问题。通过加强理论学习进一步增强了理论素质和领导能力，提高了自己的思想水平和党性修养，使我能够始终在思想上、政治上、行动上与党保持高度一致，政治上不断成熟，工作方向更加明确，始终保持高度的工作热情。
〔二〕加强业务学习，处理分管业务的能力有所提高
在加强理论学习的根底上，我结合自己工作实际，坚持挤出时间读一些科技、管理、法律、历史等方面的书籍，进一步丰富知识，开拓视野，提高自身素质，增加知识储藏，应对复杂的工作局面。
