本文通过结合员工管理的实际情况，给出了一种员工管理信息系统的整体模型设计，开发采用了基于B/S模式，。这个系统应该具备人机互动人性化、操作便捷、基于现实等要求出发，来帮助工作人员管理员工信息处理的过程。

Abstract
With the development of science and technology and productivity, the development of the computer by leaps and bounds, people's demand for information is becoming more and more big, networked office has occupied more and more important position in human society. Office automation system based on network is the application of network technology in the development of an efficient solution, its main purpose is to achieve information exchange and sharing, provides the convenience for work, improve work efficiency, let us from the past behind tedious written out in the office. At present our supermarket unit personnel management is relatively backward, and often produce unnecessary mistakes and trouble. The results have proved that old management methods can not adapt to the present the demand of people, because it consumed a lot of manpower and material resources under the basis of also can't give a satisfactory answer. In science and technology era, this kind of old-fashioned management method must be based on the computer and network system. Supermarket the development of information technology to increase the chances of success, but also brought a lot of problems. How to do ability to make the supermarket internal operations more efficient, more humanity, justice, comprehensive estimates of a personnel management system, so as to provide effective information support for the policy makers, reduce operating costs and improve work efficiency. This is a supermarket in hammering out a piece of the sky of the necessary foundation, is indispensable.
