摘要:本文介绍了直驱式容积控制电液伺服系统在普通油压机上的应用。为了使系统工作可靠,一般采用动力补油的方法,在一定程度上能解决提高系统的性能,但是却增加了成本与系统的体积。为解决液压闭式回路在无动力情况下的补油问题,提出一种密闭压力油罐的方案,并介绍了密闭压力油罐的结构与工作原理。经理论分析,在无动力的情况下,该方案完全可以很好的起到补油的作用,从而消除系统产生的爬行与噪音。

Analysis of initiative oil supply for direct drive hydraulic press

To make sure of system working stably,a method for oil supply with power is monly to improve the performance of system on the one hand,however the cost and space of system is increased on the other hand. To solve the oil filling problem of the hydraulic closed circuit under no power,a project of closed pressure oil tank is designed
,in which the configuration and work principle of the oil tank is introduced. Through the theoretical analysis, the project works very well without power,which can eliminate the creep and noise problems produced with the system.
