杏仁豆腐〔如图二盒的量〕
 
材料:带皮杏仁70g,纯水200g,牛奶250g,吉利丁片15g,冰糖40g,炼乳15g。
装饰:草莓,芒果,猕猴桃,提子,糖桂花,糖水适量。
 
做法:
 
1、杏仁提前用热水烫一下剥去外皮,泡在200g清水中。
2、将吉利丁片泡软,捞出。
3、将杏仁连清水一起放入料理机中,打成细腻的杏仁浆。
4、用滤网过滤二次出杏仁露。
5、小碗中放冰糖,牛奶,炼乳和过滤后的杏仁露,于火上加热。
6、煮至沸腾后关火
