课题的目的意义：
1理论意义：通过体育对高职院校学生注意力的影响程度进行证实研究，推动并丰富体育效能的多渠道的理论应用。2实践意义：体育运动对高职院校注意力的影响，作为一个全新视角的研究课题，其研究结果能改变体育课在高职教育中被边缘化的现状。
国内外研究现状及开展趋向：
国内外学者研究主要集中在以下几种：1对运动专项注意力训练的研究。2体育课中注意力的培养的研究。3运发动注意力的测评方式的研究。4对注意力与运动直接关系的研究。对于运动与注意力的研究，国内学者只是停留在如何提高运动专项中的专项注意力和在竞技比赛中注意力的集中程度对成绩的影响以及如何测试注意力等，而国外学者那么更多的从人体生理的层面上阐述注意力与人体之间的关系。本研究从运动工程对注意力的影响这一层面上研究与探讨体育运动与人体注意力的关系。参加一定的体育锻炼对高职院校学生的注意能力是否有帮助，或者会不会产生负面影响。本研究视角比拟独特，国内鲜有学者对此展开研究，也并无此类相关的研究成果。
