《犬类准养证》和犬牌办理流程
（一）需要提供的材料：
1、养犬的申请报告；
2、个人养犬，需提供本市户口簿或暂住证、身份证复印件、残疾证复印件；单位养犬，需提供单位证明及饲养人、看管人情况；
3、所养犬只的二寸彩色照片2张；
4、市畜牧兽医行政管理部门核发的《犬类免疫证》。
（二）办理流程：向所在地公安派出所提出申请 → 经同意后，到市畜牧兽医行政管理部门所属的动物防疫监督机构进行犬类健康检查、免疫注射 → 取得《犬类免疫证》后，到派出所登记，领取《犬类准养证》和犬牌。
（三）办理时限：符合准养条件，材料齐全的，当场办理
