本交底适用于南岛小镇高层二标段81#、82#、83#主楼内墙腻子施工。

交底内容:
开间尺寸两头不得超过5mm。墙体水平、。
填充墙与砼墙相交位置增设300mm宽网格布（两边）以接缝为中心两面各分150mm。
所有入户门保证1000mm宽×2100mm高，卫生间厨房门口保证800mm宽×2100mm高。所有卧室门口保证900mm×2100mm高。门口立面不用挂腻子。
窗台挂网甩出窗台外150mm。厨卫间之外的房间做100mm高踢脚。
变形缝位置南卧室靠变形缝的位置做30mm玻化微珠
五、操作工艺
1、工艺流程：
基层处理（报验）→板底、梁底、梁侧与墙面交接处及砼墙与后砌墙面交接处、门窗洞口四周、配电箱盒四周满贴一层30cm宽耐碱网格布→调配耐水腻子→阴阳角、门窗洞口、哑巴口部位找方、垂直、平整→刮第一遍耐水腻子，找平墙，→阴阳角修补及个别找平（报验）→刮第二遍耐水腻子，→刮第三遍耐水腻子，→阴阳角找方正→揭胶条，修理边角→打磨、压光（报验）
2、基层处理：剔除突出物、粘附物，清水冲洗浮灰
