一、前言
“农家乐”旅游是乡村旅游的一个重要组成部分，在我国，真正意义上的农村旅游始于20世纪80年代，它在特殊的旅游扶贫政策指导下应运而生，但由于起步较晚，目前仍处于初期阶段。目前我国各地的乡村旅游开发均向融观光、考察、学****参与、康体、休闲、度假、娱乐于一体的综合型方向发展，其中国内游客参与率和重游率最高的乡村旅游项目是“住农家屋、吃农家饭、干农家活、享农家乐”为内容的民俗风情旅游；以收获各种农产品为主要内容的务农采摘旅游；以民间传统节庆活动为内容的乡村节庆旅游。如今的“农家乐”旅游服务不仅能为农户带来一定的经济收入同时也有助于城乡之间的社会交流，在“三农”问题得到日益关注的今天，各地蓬勃兴起的“农家乐”旅游服务为农村人力资源转换、多渠道增收致富开拓了一条新的可行之路，已经引起社会各界的浓厚兴趣和政府部门的热切关注。
农民依托当地旅游风景资源，利用村寨院舍开发农事风情和本土文化资源，因地制宜地经营特色旅游服务，成为勤劳致富的有效途径。他们可以把自有的一般生活资料、生产资料转化为经营性资产，无论是从事“农家乐”的农民还是从事农业生产和加工的农民，都可以从中增加收入。“农家乐”服务模式也就应运而生。
“农家乐”旅游项目不仅根据当地实际，发展特色农家旅游，还注入现代人很少涉及的视觉旅行，让人们在享受身体的旅行和视觉放松的同时，让其视觉上也能得到很好地享受。现如今，“农家乐”旅游作为一种新兴的特色旅游项目，从一开始就收到了游客的普遍欢迎和市场的广泛认同，有着巨大的市场潜力和广阔的市场前景。
