Content and application of new technology in food microbiology testing
ABSTRACT:Food is the material basis for human survival and development, and food safety is a major issue related to human health, economic development and social stability. There are many factors affecting the safety of food, There are many factors that affect food safety, but the most difficult food safety problem is still the food pollution caused by anisms contamination. In order to carry out food microbiological examination and investigation work better, to improve the hygienic quality of food and to ensure food safety for consumers,We make the detailed introductionon of microbial detection and the new technology application in the detection of anisms . Based on the analysis of the new method of food microbiological examination, it is pointed out that the food microbe inspection technology will develop to the direction of high efficiency, high standard, high precision and high sensitivity.
