各项操作规程，注重卫生相关法律法规的学****与培训；加大环节质量，尤其是关键工作岗位、薄弱效劳环节、危重病人诊治等方面加大监管力度，从而确保了医护质量稳步提高。近几年来，病人对我院医疗质量满意率到达95%以上。
〔二〕人才队伍建设步伐加快
过去五年，医院坚持把加强人才队伍建设作为重要的战略任务来抓，采取多种途径、多种方式加快各类专业技术人才和学科带头人的培养。五年中，医院共投入资金100多万元用于人才培养，先后选送100余名学科带头人和业务骨干前往四川大学华西医院、四川省人民医院和绵阳市中心医院等院校进修学****含各类短期培训〕；全面推行职工再教育制度，鼓励各类人员通过再教育，提高学历层次。五年里，有26人取得了本科学历，27人取得了专科学历。与此同时，医院还充分发挥老专家的传、帮、带作用，在他们的言传身教和精心指导下，一批德才兼备、年富力强的中青年技术骨干脱颖而出，成为医院建设和开展的中坚力量。目前，一支专业齐全、结构合理、层次清楚的人才梯队正在逐步形成。
