第三小组my way 在这一学期学到了很多东西,不仅仅是课本上的知识,任课老师Cissy对我们的教导和指引更是我们难以估价的宝藏。在这一学期,我们小组承包了一共两次的翻译展示,在课堂上***洋溢、活力四射、积极发言,并且有组员参加首届大学生英语拔尖人才培养大会。对于组长来说,除了平时上课更加积极发言,紧密联系团队,将“My way on my way”的理念灌输给组员和其他人,使她们听到“We are My Way”时便条件性地做出标志性姿势,更在课后认真完成作业、批改组员作业,使小组作业平均分达到8以上。作为组长,最重要的任务是协调组员之前的关系、调动组员积极性,以配合老师的工作,这点我还需要更多机会来提高。总的来说,这是受益匪浅的一学期。 
The third group My Way has learned a lot in this term ,not only from the books ,what our teacher Cissy guided and taught us is a more non-valued treasure ,which made us feel confident and fight for our glories. In this term ,our group was in charge of two main interpretation presentation, tried our best to answer questions in the classes. Besides ,members of the third group had attended the first the showcase of college English top notch talents cultivation .For headman, in addition to be more active in the class and binding my team members together and instilling the id
