城乡一体化居民点体系规划探究
摘要:在我国城乡统筹背景下,本文以陕西省千阳县城乡一体化为例,对城乡居民点体系进行探究,通过对其发展特点及现存问题的研究,文章提出了城乡居民点体系重构策略,并进一步介绍了城乡一体化居民点体系重构规划,以求对城乡一体化提供微薄之力。

Abstract: in the background of balance between urban and rural areas in China, the urban and rural areas in Shaanxi province Qianyang County integration as an example, to research on the system of urban and rural residents, through the study of the characteristics and existing problems of its development, this paper puts forward the strategy to reconstruct the system of urban and rural residents, and further introduces the planning system of the integration of urban and rural residents in reconstruction, in order to provide the meager strength for the integration of urban and rural areas.

1引言
党的十六届三中全会提出了全面、协调、可持续的科学发展观,要求认真贯彻“五个统筹”,即“统筹城乡发展、统筹区域发展、统筹经济社会发展、统筹人与自然和谐发展、统筹国内发展和对外开放”。城乡一体化的研究与设计是城乡统筹的要求,针对我国目前城乡居民点还处于粗放型高耗能的发展方式,对城乡一体化居民点体系的研究,有利于我国国土的集约高效发展,打破城乡二元结构,推动我国社会主义新型农村的建设。
2居民点体系现状特征
千阳县城乡一体化规划范围为千阳县行政区划范围,千阳县辖8镇,其中以城关镇、崔家头镇两镇作为城乡一体化示范区,为本文的研究范围。
示范区总人口为47058人,非农业人口为13557人。共有村庄21个,总人数33501人,镇区总人数33421人。
