当前，我街道正在着力打造经济振兴的新兴谷。新的目标，需要统一党员干部的思想和认识，集中人民群众的智慧和力量，形成建设新兴谷的强大合力。建设学****型兴谷，把我街道的发展目标化作广大人民群众的奋斗方向，营造齐心协力、共谋发展的氛围，充分挖掘个人潜能，努力开发人力资源，打破劳动者素质偏低这一制约我街道经济增长的瓶颈，不断提高学****力、创新力和发展力，为我街道可持续发展提供强大动力。

建设学****型兴谷是建设和谐社区、和谐社会的必然要求
我街道近5万人口，以居民为主，建设学****型兴谷，是满足居民不断增长的求富、求知、求乐、求美的愿望，更新思想观念，提高致富水平和生活品质的必然选择，更是统筹城乡发展的必然要求。
（四）建设学****型兴谷是构建和谐社会的必然选择
建设学****型兴谷是倡导和谐、文明、健康的生活方式，打造文明街道的内在要求。公民科学文化素质的提高对于形成良好的行为方式和社会风气起着十分重要的作用。建设学****型兴谷，在全街道上下形成昂扬向上的学****氛围，有利于弘扬正气，鼓励先进，鞭策后进，有利于普及健康的生活方式，提高公民的整体素质，推动辖区政治、经济、文化、和党的建设的全面协调发展。
三、总体目标
建立完善的建设学****型兴谷管理体制和运行机制，使终身学****和终身教育理念深入人心，形成“人人学****时时学****处处学****的良好氛围，初步建立起基础教育、职业教育、***教育相互衔接，职前教育与职后教育相互贯通，家庭教育、学校教育和社会教育相互配合的终身教育体系，社会成员积极实践终身学****享受终身教育，在教育学****中得到成长和全面发展，学****型兴谷创建工作初见成效，知识对居民经济、生活的贡献率显著提高，街道综合实力和核心竞争力得到明显提升。
四、工作任务
