摘要:道路是带状建筑物,经过的地基千变万化,软弱地基在所难免。特别是最近几年,全国各地正在大建高等级公路,软基处理尤为突出。在高路堤、大型桥梁,大量的涵洞、通道处软土都给道路不同程度的危害。如路基的滑移,开裂,路面起伏不平, 桥涵通道等人工构造物处的跳车颠簸……要花大量人力、物力、财力和时间,去进行勘察、测试、设计、科研和施工,若处理不好将会带来极大的资源浪费。如何既经济、又能满足建筑物沉降要求,一直是道路工程师们寻求解决的问题。文章针对在S232常州段改建工程中采用的处理方法,主要介绍了湿喷桩和PTC管桩在软基处理中的应用、施工方法及其操作要点,并对两种处理方法的质量控制及检测方法进行了分析等。目前,全线软基处理全部结束,完成湿喷桩963890米,完成PTC管桩44358米。路基填筑期通过沉降观测,处理效果良好。
