对建筑业财务管理的思考
摘要:目前,建筑业正在进行结构性的调整,各建筑企业想要在市场经济深化的过程中生存和发展,就必须注重自身的财务管理,树立以财务的管理为中心的观念。因此,建筑行业财务管理水平的提高及其日益改进具有极其重要的理论和现实意义。作为国民经济的重要组成部分,建筑业产品具有单件性、流动性、生产周期长等特点,这使得我们对建筑企业财务的管理提出了不同于其它行业的要求。本文就建筑企业财务管理的现存问题进行讨论,提出了相关的应对措施。

Abstract: at present, the construction industry is undergoing a structural adjustment, the construction enterprises want to survive and develop in the process of deepening of market economy, we must pay attention to their financial management, set up with the concept of financial management as the center. Therefore, the improvement of financial management of construction industry and the increasingly improved has extremely important theoretical and practical significance. As an important part of the national economy, construction industry product is ChanJianXing, liquidity, long production cycle, etc, which makes us to the construction of enterprise financial management is different from other industries requirements are put forward. In this paper, the construction enterprise financial management of the existing problems are discussed, and puts forward the relevant countermeasures.
