第二章工艺um gas , liquefied petroleum gas tanks are dangerous with large storage containers . LPG tanks for hazardous characteristics , bined with the professional " process equipment and pressure vessel design " knowledge learned in the design fully consider the parameters of LPG tanks , LPG tanks to ensure safe operation , has important practical implications for the chemical industry .
The main design criteria are : -2010 " Stationary Pressure Vessels ", " Safety Technology Supervision pressure vessel ", 4731-2005 " steel horizontal container ." There are various parts standard : / T 4736-2002 " reinforcing circle ", HG 20592-20614 " steel pipe flanges , gaskets , fasteners ", / T -2007 " saddle mount " , HG21514-21535-2005 " steel manholes and hand holes " and so on .
The design procedure : first determining the pressure vessel Category determined over the tank body and the material used , the diameter and length of the main tank container according to requirements , and secondly the cylinder head wall thickness calculation and verification, then calculate the thickness of the manhole opening reinforcement area and reinforcement ring , and then choose based on the total mass of the cylinder and bearing various takeover , the final selection and check valve .

第一章 绪论
液化石油气储罐有压缩气体或液化气体储罐等，液化石油气储罐按容器的容积变化与否可分为固定容积储罐和活动容积储罐两类，大型固定容积液化石油气储罐制成球形，小型的则制成圆筒形。活动容积储罐又称低压储气罐，俗称气柜，其几何容积可以改变，密闭严密，不致漏气，并有平衡气压和调节供气量的作用，压力一般不超过60MPa。
目前我国普遍采用常温压力储罐, 常温储罐一般有两种形式: 球形储罐和圆筒形储罐。球形储罐和圆筒形储罐相比: 前者具有投资少, 金属耗量少, 占地面积少等优点, 但加工制造及安装复杂, 焊接工作量大, 故安装费用较高。一般贮存总量大于500立方米或单罐容积大于200立方米时选用球形储罐比拟经济；而圆筒形储罐具有加工制造安装简单, 安装费用少等优点, 但金属耗量大、占地面积大。圆筒形储罐按安装方式可分为卧式和立式两种。在一般中、小型液化石油气站大多项选择用卧式圆筒形储罐, 只有*些特殊情况下(站地方受限制等) 才选用立式。所以在总贮量小于500立方米, 单罐容积小于100立方米时选用卧式储罐比拟经济。
