目的评价胃肠安丸治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎的疗效及安全性。方法对比分析河北医科大
学第一附属医院消化内科门诊接受胃肠安丸治疗的慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者共 75 例与接受质子
泵抑制剂+多潘立***治疗的患者 75 例,观察其初诊及用药 14 天及用药 28 天的症状变化。结果
慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者应用胃肠安丸 14 天、28 天上腹痛或腹部不适,恶心、呕吐,食欲不振,
烧心、反酸,嗳气症状的各项评分及总分较初诊时明显下降,且差值均具有统计学差异(P<
),且与对照组较比胃肠安治疗组对改善慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者上腹痛或腹部不适,食欲
不振,嗳气症状疗效更明显,而对于恶心、呕吐,烧心、反酸症状,胃肠安治疗组与对照组无
明显差别,胃肠安治疗过程中未见明显不良反应。结论胃肠安丸治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎安全
有效。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the treatment of Weichang,an pill efficacy and safety of
chronic non-atrophic gastritis. Methods A retrospective analysis of the First Affiliated Hospital of
Hebei Medical University, Department of Gastroenterology outpatient treatment of Weichang,an pill
chronic non-atrophic gastritis patients with a total of 75 cases were observed before their treatment
