如严重新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病，在婴儿早期常表现为肌X力低下，以后逐渐转变为肌X力增高。平衡功能障碍需婴儿发育到坐甚至站立时才能表现出来。关节挛缩和脊柱畸形等继发改变也是逐渐发展出来的。可以伴有癫痫、智力低下、感觉障碍、行为障碍等。这些伴随疾病有时也可能成为脑瘫儿童的主要残疾。
1、积极补充多种维生素。
2、降低肌X力的常用药物。使用时要掌握一定的适应症，并根据患儿的反应，在医生的指导下进行剂量调整。近年来，有部分病人接受肉毒毒素A肌肉注射，对降低局部肌X力、改善运动能力有较好的效果。
