洞口作业的防护要求：
板与墙的洞口，必须设置牢固的改版或防护栏杆。
电梯井出口必须设防护栏杆，电梯井内每隔两层设一道安全网。
施工现场通道附近的各类洞口与坑槽等处，除设置防护施工安全标志外，夜间还应设红灯警示。
悬空高出作业，主要是建立牢固的立足点，并根据具体情况配置防护栏杆、防护网或其它安全设施。
：
支模应按规定的作业程序进行，模板未固定并不得进行下一道工序。严禁在连接件和支撑上攀登上下，并严禁在上下同一垂直面上装、拆模板，结构复杂的模板，装、拆应严格按照是施工组织设计进行。
支设悬挑形式的模板时，应有稳固的立足点，支设临空构筑物的模板时，应搭设支架或脚手架。模板上有预留洞时，应在安装后将洞口盖住。
：
1）刷门窗油漆及安装玻璃时，严禁操作人员站在樘子上、阳台栏杆上操作。门窗临时固定，封填材料未达到强度以及电焊时，严禁手拉门、窗进行攀登。
2）在高处外墙安装门、窗，无外脚手架时，应铺X安全网，无安全网时，操作人员应系好安全带、保险钩，并栓在上部的可靠物件上。
