家课程标准中关于写字教学的要求，并在一至六年级都开设了写字教育课程，保证了写字训练时间。我们还以“创建规范汉字书写特色学校”为突破口，狠抓教师规范汉字书写基本功，重视培养学生的良好书写****惯和书写能力。经过几年的努力，我校在规范汉字书写方面初见成效，现总结如下：
加强组织管理，健全领导机构，为创建规范汉字书写教育提供有力的保障。
健全的组织机构是促进规范汉字书写教育有序、高效开展的前提。为此，学校成立了《横县横州镇柳明小学规范汉字书写教育工作领导小组》，校长为组长，分管教学工作的副校长为副组长，学校中层领导为成员的规范汉字书写教育工作领导小组，下设办公室，由教导主任亲自担任办公室主任，具体负责规范汉字书写教育工作的实施。每个年级又成立了规范汉字书写教育工作领导小组，由年级语文组长担任小组长，负责活动的落实，成员由各年级语文老师组成。使这项工作形成了“统一领导，分级管理，各司其职，齐抓共管”的工作格局，为规范汉字书写教育工作的顺利开展提供了组织保障，奠定了坚实的基础。
健全了规范汉字书写教育制度。
作为市、区两级语言文字规范化示范性学校，为确保语言文字工作顺利推进，我校结合自身实际，切实加强了语言文字规范化工作的管理制度建设。学校依据国家有关语言文字工作法规，先后制定了《关于加强语言文字规范化工作管理制度和实施细则》。在学校语言文字工作中，明确提出具体的工作目标，一是普通话是学校的教学语言，师生在教学和学****活动中使用普通话，每位教师必须说好普通话；二是普通话作为校园语言，师生员工在教学、会议、宣传和其它集体活动中要努力说好普通话；三是教师的普通话达标与工作考核、职称评定相结合
