Melt conveying system
熔体输送系统
This contract plant starts from the outlet of polymer valve of the polycondensation received melt from the polycondensation plant will be sent to the spinning through booster pump & melt distribution.
本合同装置从聚合车间的熔体阀出口开始。聚合车间的熔体通过增压泵和熔体分配管线输送到纺丝车间。
Melt conveying pipe
熔体输送管线
The melt received from the polycondensation plant will be transferred from the booster pump outlet via mon melt conveying pipe and polymer cooler to the melt distribution pipes.
聚合车间的熔体从增压泵出口经过共用的熔体输送管线和熔体冷却器输送到熔体分配管线。
Dowtherm systems for melt pipe & spinning beam
熔体管线和纺丝箱体的导生系统
The melted polymer is uniformly distributed in a jacket heated melt distribution pipe system, which guarantees an equal residence time of the melt for each position. There is a Dowtherm system for keeping the melt under controlled temperature condition in the manifolds and spinning beams.
均匀地将熔体分配到套管加热的熔体分配管线系统,该系统保证了熔体在每个纺位上均等的停留时间。是导生系统始终控制分配管和纺丝箱体里的熔体温度。
