摘要
可编程控制器简称PLC,它作为一种新型的专门为工业控制设计的通用自动控制装置,将传统的继电接触器控制技术、计算机技术和通信技术融为一体,具有数据处理、程序控制、网络数据通信等功能,由于其可靠性高、环境适应性强、便于使用等优点,深受自动化领域工程技术人员的普遍青睐。
本文在以可编程控制器为前提的条件下,设计了一款小型注油机。主要研究怎样用可编程控制器来实现它,具体研究了以下几方面的内容:
第一:关于PLC的详细知识。
第二:小型注油机的组成结构以及一些仪器的选用。
第三:怎样用PLC来实现小型注油机系统的控制。
为了完成上面的研究任务,所做的工作如下:
,本文用到的是德国西门子公司PLC S7-200。掌握它的编程语言,即梯形图和指令,并会用它来编程实现对注油机的控制。
,理解它的原理,合理设计它的构造,知道需要用到那些仪器才能组成一个可行的注油机。且有一些组成部件要合理选用,如传感器和流量计等,多加研究,选出最合适的。
最终表明,本文设计的小型注油机是可行的,且用西门子S7-200PLC可以实现对它的控制。

ABSTRACT
The programmable controller (Programmable Logic controller) is Abbreviation called PLC, it takes as one kind of a new specially general automatic control device which is designed for the industrial control, and merges the tradition following electrical pick-off control technology、puter technology and munication into anic whole, it has data processing, programmed control, network data correspondence functions and so on. Because of its merits such as reliability is high、 the adaptability to environment is strong and easy to use, it was universal favored for the automated domain engineers and technicians depth.
This article is in condition of the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) as the premise, has designed a model of small oiling machine. Mainly studies how to use the Programmable Logic Controller to realize it, and has concretely studies the following several aspects content:
First: About the PLC’s detailed knowledge.
Second: Small oiling machine'position structure and the selection of some instrument.
Third: How to use the PLC to realize the small oiling machine system's control.
In order plete the above research assignment, Author has done some works that as follows:
1. understands and grasps the PLC’s knowledge, in this article which was used is SIEMENS S7-200 PLC. Grasping its programming language, the trapezoidal chart and the instruction,
