截止2012年12月全院执业医师总数人，其中中医类别 人，占全院临床医师比例 %。较去年提了%
截止2012年12月全院有药学专业技术人员XX人，其中中药专业技术人员 人，占全院药学专业技术人员比例 %。
截止2012年12月全院门诊处方中，中药（饮品、中成药），处方占门诊处方总数比例为 %。
分析与改进：
部分临床科室中医药人员配备不足，改进意见：
1、积极申报2011年医院中医药人员的需求计划。
2、杜绝非中医药专业人员进入临床科室和相关科室。
3、继续加大全院两学中人员培训力度，增加投入。
加强中医药临床应用。
1、明年增设中医特色专科1－2个。
2、继续完善现有特色专科优势病种的诊疗方案。
