全镇共有农村团总支8个，学校团支部2个，106个农村团支部，在籍16周岁到35周岁青年数共有3312人，团员1037人。团干部53名，平均年龄29岁，其中男团干部45名，女团干部8名，彝族19名，哈尼族4名，高中以上学历10人，团干部队伍结构合理，逐步改善了农村基层团组织年龄结构偏大，文化程度不高的局面。考核标准分4分，自评分4分。
