Infineon公司旳ILD4001是用来驱动室内和户外大功率LED旳滞后降压LED控制器,可驱动外接MOSFET功率晶体管,LED驱动电流可达350mA到3A,电源电压ive output signal once thejunction temperature exceeds the threshold temperature. Once the junction temperature drops below thethreshold temperature the Vdrive output is activated again.
To provide maximum design flexibility, the ILD4001 is housed in a small SC-74 package.

• Capable to drive N-channel MOSFETs that provide up to 3 A outputcurrent and up to 98% efficiency
• Temperature shut down mechanism
