‰盐度范围内，生长情况良好且差别不大，而盐度35~40‰时，蛭弧菌B1b-1、B1b-2、B1b-3的生长受到抑制，盐度超过45‰时3株蛭弧菌停止生长。
蛭弧菌B1b-1、B1b-2、B1b-3对弧菌属等Gˉ致病菌具有很强的裂解能力，而对芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌、光合细菌等水产益生菌无裂解作用。
3、噬菌蛭弧菌的作用机理
噬菌蛭弧菌为细胞内寄生物，裂解宿主菌可分为附着、侵入、增值、释放等过程。完成这一增殖的全过程约需4小时～6小时，复制的子代数为6～36 pfu。
