在当今社会中，良好的公关社交能力以及团队合作精神是工作得以顺利进行的必不可少的条件。在实****过程中，我们采取小组的形式，分工合作，共同提高。
三、实****计划
1. 12月23日下午参观城铁西直门站
2. 12月24日上午参观北京南站
3. 12月27日中午参观铁道博物馆
四、实****内容
1．西直门地铁站
（1）背景介绍：西直门地铁站是北京市最大的地铁站之一，也是一个换乘车站，是二号线，四号线以及十三号线的交汇车站，人流量巨大。西直门内、外大街两侧多商业店铺，为区域性商业中心，西直门现已成为地片名，泛指西直门内、外大街与西直门南、北大街相交处的西直门桥附近，附近有北京北站，凯德MALL，西环广场，中坤大厦等重要地点，所以西直门站对于研究地铁站而言很具有代表性，所以成为了我们的选择之一。
（2）实****过程：组员于12月23日早晨八点到达西直门地铁站后，我们走遍了该站的6个进出口，在站内调研了包括售票效率，客流疏导，发车间隔，现场指挥，设备作用等在内的相关问题，在跑动了两个多小时后，我们结束了西直门地铁站的调研

（3）纪实：在西直门地铁站内，由于工作人员根据站内管理条例，我们的拍照工作进行的尤为艰难，但我们依然偷偷的留下了图片资料。
我们在１３号线的车尾拍摄的行车照片。
