pital emergency care +pre hospital integrated emergency care from March 2019 to August 2019 in the hospital were collected and
included in the observation clinical data of 40 patients with ACI with routine hospital emergency care from March 2018
to August 2018 were included in the control emergency response time (condition evaluation time,thrombolysis waiting
time)and the incidence of complications were compared between the two :Compared with the control group,the ob-
servation group had shorter evaluation time and thrombolytic waiting time (P＜).The incidence of complications in the observa-
tion group was %,lower than % of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜).Conclusion:
Pre-hospital and in-hospital integrated emergency care for ACT patients can effectively shorten the waiting time of condition as-
sessment and thrombolysis and reduce the incidence of complications.
