[Abstract] Objective To explore the standardization psychological intervention combined with rehabilitation training for treatment of cerebral apoplexy patient. Methods From February 2009 to November 2014， 284 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients treated in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University were selected. The patients were divided into two groups according to random number table method， 142 cases in each group. Control group were treated with routine rehabilitation training， while observation group was treated with standardized psychological intervention combined with rehabilitation training. Two groups of patients were compared by Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale （FMA）， the stroke impact scale （SIS）， improved pap index （MBI）， Hamilton Depression Scale score（HAMD） in different periods. Results FMA， SIS， HAMD and MBI scores in the two groups had no statistically significant difference （P > ）； in every treatment stage， two groups" FMA， SIS， HAMD and MBI rating scale were improved significantly compared with before treatment， there were no statistical significances （P 7～17分，抑郁程度为轻度；>17～21分，抑郁程度为中度；>21分，抑郁程度为重度。④使用改良巴氏指数（MBI）指数对患者肢体功能恢复状况进行评价：≤20分为肢体消逝完全功能障碍，全部日常生活行为均需依靠他人完成；>20～40分为肢体功能障碍较严峻，大部分日
