1、教学、教材外乡化
九星围棋道场有着优秀的教员，但没有系统的教材，希望在郭老师的领导下，联合朱老师、王老师等骨干，尽快出版适合于道场教学的优秀教材。这一项工作假设能完成，不仅给作者带来名利上的双重回报，也会给道场带来一定的经济效益。假设营销团队够出色的话，把我们的教材向更多的围棋学校、中、小学围棋课外组推广不是不可能，而是非常有可能。
2、系统的教程
有了自己的教材，优秀的教员，假设能依托教研室制订一套完整的教学教程，将会是道场如虎添翼，生机勃勃。
开放式教学，围棋是一项竞技运动，单纯在本道场开展比赛无疑于井底之蛙。道不如在本道场内部教学的根底上走出去，每月与周边围棋学校开展一次对抗赛，专人记录选手棋谱，由老师讲解分析。这类对抗赛一旦形成机制，将会极大地提高学生的棋艺，为外乡的职业棋手打下了伏笔，也为道场今后开展大型活动积累了经验。
另外，对一些重大的比赛，前期做一些强化训练很有必要，并适当收取培训费。
